Welcome to the East Somerset page.
In East Somerset we are ambitious for every one of the people we support whether in supported living, residential care, day services or being supported into employment.
Discovery runs care homes across the county, regulated by the Care Quality Commission.
We have developed a personalised approach, to enable people to have choice and control in their lives, to choose what they do, who supports them and how they spend their time.
