We provide person-centred support packages for people with learning disabilities and autism.
From intensive support for people with challenging behaviour, complex needs and profound and multiple learning disabilities to significant health needs, we always support people to be as independent as possible.
Everything we do is personalised to the individual and our staff are ambitious for each and every person we support. We believe passionately that people do best outside of institutions, and when living near family and friends. We involve the people we support and their families in all levels of their support plan.
We have a highly skilled and experienced positive behaviour support team, and we are well placed to plan community based support packages for people currently in, or at risk of entering, institutions.
We operate CQC registered care homes across the county including some respite/short breaks services. And in many areas we also provide outreach, domiciliary, supported living and supported employment.
