Sometimes, you might not be happy with your support. It is important to us to sort things out as quickly as possible for you.
This is how you can tell us if you are not happy:
- talk to a member of staff. They can support you to sort things out
- make a complaint. A member of staff can support you with this. Ask a member of staff for a copy of our complaints procedure.
