If I’m unhappy
Sometimes, you might not be happy with your support. It is important to us to sort things out as quickly as possible for you.
You can tell us if you are not happy by talking to a member of staff. They can support you to sort things out
You can tell us if you are not happy by making a complaint. A member of staff can support you with this.
Ask a member of staff for a copy of our complaints procedure. You can also call an independent whistleblowing hotline on 0800 915 1571. This is governed by the Dimensions Group.
