Over 30 colleagues are to be recruited from services across Discovery as the organisation launches a comprehensive set of forums designed to help Discovery’s continuous improvement programme.
Discovery is seeking a delegate to represent colleagues in each and every locality across Somerset. Delegates will be responsible for representing their colleagues in the forum, and for sharing any discussions held at the forums.
Colleague Voice Forums will run quarterly. They will help accelerate Discovery’s continuous improvement programme and key agreed changes will be integrated into business planning cycles.
Chris Best, Discovery’s HR Director, said, “We genuinely want to provide colleagues with an opportunity to have their say on how we run Discovery. This new forum will be the ideal vehicle for this to happen and ensure any good ideas are taken on board.”
