There is no such thing as a ‘typical’ support worker. They range from school leavers who want a job that involves helping people, to those who want a career change and experienced support workers who want to work for a
company that truly places the people it supports at the heart of all it does.
The one motivation that links all of them is a desire to work with people; to make their lives better and to help them learn something new or take another step towards greater independence. Our support workers certainly don’t see what they do as ‘just another job’.

Sponsorship for non-UK nationals
As of April 2023, Dimensions Group have an approved Home Office Sponsorship Licence. Currently we are only offering this to existing colleagues and agency workers who are already working with us, subject to eligibility criteria. If you are looking for sponsorship and are not already working with Dimensions Group, unfortunately we will not be able to process your application at this stage.
