Wherever you work and whatever you do, we want you to get involved and contribute to Discovery being an even better place: for the people we support, for their families, for our staff and the communities in which we work.
You can share your concerns, ideas and examples of best practice through team meetings and staff forums, through surveys, in 1-to-1s with your manager or direct to any member of the executive team – we’re always listening, learning and acting.
Equally, if you have a pressing concern that cannot be shared through normal channels, our independently run, anonymous whistleblowing service is there to protect you and the people we support.
We share news and developments through our staff portal. We’ll let you know how we’ve changed things through our regular colleague updates, known as #Discovery. Recent updates have included:
- launching Aspire, our career development programme for colleagues
- increasing staff pay while supporting people on holiday
- improving sickness bonus payments.
