Discovery is a registered charity that supports autistic people and people with learning disabilities in Somerset and Cornwall to live better lives.

The people we support are at the centre of every decision we make. We support people to discover what a great life means for them, in close partnership with families, colleagues and organisations across the South West.

As part of Dimensions – one of the UK’s largest not for profit support providers – Discovery draws on expertise, resources and national experience, while responding to the local priorities of communities across Somerset and Cornwall.

Our long standing partnership with Somerset continues to inform, influence and strengthen the wider health and social care system, helping shape good practice and improve outcomes across the region.
